Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

Join a voice AI team delivering production-ready solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with client teams and internal partners to turn business needs into reliable systems and bring field insights back to the platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead project delivery from initial prototypes through production, communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly.

• Build and refine voice AI solutions, including effective LLM prompting approaches.

• Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools using Python and JavaScript.

• Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demonstrations, and present system designs.

• Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise updates.

• Turn repeatable implementation patterns into reusable tools and platform components.

• Share customer feedback and recommendations with product and go-to-market teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including work at startups or substantial experience in a larger technology organization.

• Experience as a forward deployed or solutions engineer, technical product manager, founder, or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong hands-on skills with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS, and experience writing production-grade code.

• Deep understanding of distributed systems and experience delivering end-to-end technical projects.

• Clear communicator and collaborative operator who takes ownership and is comfortable proposing improvements.

• A background in voice AI, LLM prompting, or enterprise integrations is valuable.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
