Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Build and improve a voice automation platform that helps businesses create and manage AI-powered conversations. Working across backend services and user-facing applications, you will own projects from architecture through launch and use customer feedback to guide product improvements.

What You'll Do

• Develop features for prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.

• Build scalable systems across polished interfaces, APIs, and deployment workflows.

• Lead projects from technical design through production, monitoring, and iteration.

• Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that make it easier for customers to get started.

• Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and translate feedback into product enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack work.

• Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, plus backend experience with Node.js or Python and AWS.

• Deep understanding of backend distributed systems.

• Experience at venture-backed startups or in a fast-paced technology environment; experience with voice AI is relevant.

• A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent strong technical foundations.

• A collaborative, proactive approach, with ownership from development through deployment and a willingness to suggest improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity details were not provided.
