• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off-plan sales
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Experience working with leading developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Beyond or Samana is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills
• Good understanding of Dubai off-plan projects, launches and payment plans
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
