About The Role
As the
Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Proven management experience from a customer centric environment
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Experience leading teams through periods of growth and change, building team capability while delivering strong customer and commercial outcomes.
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
