📢 WE ARE HIRING – MASTER TAILOR / MASTER CUTTER

We are looking for an experienced Master Tailor / Master Cutter with strong hands-on expertise in designing, pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing bridal gowns, couture outfits, and eveningwear.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Master Cutting and Cut & Sew, with the ability to independently handle garments from pattern development to final finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly create patterns and develop garment designs.
• Handle fabric cutting, stitching, sewing, and garment construction.
• Specialise in bridal gowns, couture dresses, and eveningwear.
• Perform alterations, fittings, and final garment adjustments.
• Ensure premium-quality finishing and attention to detail.
• Complete garments within agreed timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Tailor / Master Cutter.
• Strong expertise in bridal gowns, couture, and evening dresses.
• Excellent skills in pattern making, cutting, and sewing.
• Hands-on experience in Cut & Sew and garment finishing.
• Femal candidates preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Dubaipreferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Preferred nationalities: Morocco, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000–7,000 per month (all-inclusive), depending on experience and skills.
• Performance incentive: Up to AED 1,000 monthly, subject to target achievement.
• Employment visa will be processed by the company upon offer acceptance.

Practical Assessment:

A mandatory practical trial of approximately 3–5 days will be conducted before final selection to assess technical skills, speed, and workmanship. A daily allowance will be provided for the trial period.
