Talent Acquisition Specialist

CBA Real Estate is looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of our team in Dubai.

The role will focus on sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating suitable candidates across the company, with a strong emphasis on recruiting high-quality real estate professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and job portals

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with management

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines

• Support offers, onboarding, and hiring follow-up

• Assist with recruitment for real estate agents and other company roles

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• UAE recruitment experience preferred

• Real estate recruitment experience is an advantage

• Strong English communication skills
