HIRING: VILLA MANAGER / PRIVATE HOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for a professional, trustworthy, well-presented, and highly organized Villa Manager / Private House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private luxury villa in Abu Dhabi for a VVIP principal.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the private villa and household.
Supervise household staff and coordinate their duties.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Manage household schedules, appointments, suppliers, and maintenance.
Welcome and coordinate with guests and VIP visitors professionally.
Monitor household inventory and manage purchasing when required.
Coordinate with drivers, chefs, cleaners, maintenance teams, and other household staff.
Ensure strict privacy, confidentiality, and discretion regarding the family and property.

Requirements

Candidate must have relevant experience in private household or luxury hospitality management.
Previous experience as a Villa Manager, House Manager, Estate Manager, Hotel Manager, or in a similar role.
Experience working with VIP/high-profile private families or luxury properties is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Professional appearance, conduct, and attitude.
Fluent in English language
Flexible and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
References and verifiable previous employment history are required.
