About Us:

EVS is a UAE-based auto repair company focused on electric (EV) and hybrid vehicles. We provide quality repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services across our UAE branches to support sustainable driving.

• Run daily workshop operations and manage job assignments across all work bays.
• Lead and support the team, including mechanics, body/paint technicians, and service advisors.
• Enforce high-voltage safety rules and make sure all repairs meet EVS quality standards.
• Work with the parts team to get EV components, special tools, and safety gear on time.
• Track daily and weekly team productivity, repair times, and customer satisfaction.
• Train mechanics on EV repair methods, diagnostic tools, and high-voltage safety.
• Handle customer complaints directly and resolve issues quickly.
  

• 5–7 years of experience managing a car workshop (EV, hybrid, or luxury brands preferred).
• Good practical knowledge of EV batteries, high-voltage systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• EV safety certification (like IMI Level 3/4 or OEM training) is a strong plus.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
