Affiliate Manager

Role Description This part-time remote Affiliate Manager role at Colegio de Biotecnólogos del Ecuador - COBIEC focuses on overseeing and growing the organization’s affiliate network. The Affiliate Manager will manage relationships with existing affiliates, identify and onboard new partners, and coordinate affiliate campaigns aligned with COBIEC’s mission and programs. Daily tasks include monitoring affiliate performance, preparing regular reports, optimizing promotional strategies, and ensuring accurate tracking of referrals and agreements. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop online marketing initiatives, providing affiliates with up-to-date resources, and resolving issues or inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, including developing, maintaining, and optimizing affiliate partnerships.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management capabilities to oversee affiliate accounts, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term engagement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with affiliates and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to negotiate terms, promote programs, and drive affiliate growth aligned with organizational objectives.
• Candidates should possess Online Marketing knowledge to support digital campaigns, track performance metrics, and improve affiliate outreach.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with performance analytics tools, CRM or affiliate platforms, and basic data reporting.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partners in a remote environment.
• A background in biotechnology, scientific organizations, or non-profit associations is beneficial but not required.
