Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant

Role Description This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site shop duties and some work from home. The Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant supports daily store operations, including welcoming customers, answering inquiries, and guiding them to suitable products. The role involves assisting with sales activities, processing transactions accurately, managing stock on the shop floor, and helping with merchandising and display standards. The individual collaborates closely with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment and supports basic reporting on sales, customer feedback, and inventory. Some administrative tasks, such as updating records, responding to online inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers or management, may be performed remotely.

• Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in promoting products, meeting sales targets, and handling transactions accurately.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours in a hybrid setting.
• Candidates with proficiency in English (and Arabic as an advantage) and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
