About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
TITLE: AI Product Associate Analyst
Location Options: Chicago, Indianapolis
The Experience
The team sits within a broader technology organization supporting professional services, and is evolving to own tools end-to-end — from selection and rollout through ongoing adoption and eventual retirement. Enablement is shifting from broad, one-size-fits-all training toward targeted support for specific tool use cases. The org is focused on tool adoption, operational systems, and staying ahead of emerging industry tools and partners. Overall, the team acts as an internal standards and systems group for professional services, working across a globally distributed set of teams and partners.
Our ideal candidate is interested in designing solutions for our AI agents and helping employees use Salesforce's agentic products in innovative new ways to do their best work. Product Analysts play an important role in Agile teams by gathering requirements from end-users and communicating with engineers and AI Product Managers to deliver the right agent features to meet these user needs.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Analyze data, sit in on discovery sessions, and participate in meetings to help gather business needs and requirements for AI-powered workflows.
- Help write functional specifications and User Stories for new agentic capabilities based on users' needs.
- Write Acceptance Criteria for User Stories, learning to define trigger conditions, response formats, and escalation logic.
- Clearly document and communicate information engineers need to design agent solutions.
- Keep pace with evolving business requirements and be willing to work directly with engineers and AI Product Managers on the best possible solution.
- Support UAT — drafting test scenarios, logging feedback and defects, and helping coordinate testing sessions.
- Use Agile and Iterative methodologies during the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC).
- Coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally across professional services teams and with global vendors and systems integrators (e.g. PwC, Deloitte) spanning regions such as Australia, Hyderabad, Dublin, London, Germany, and Israel.
- Pick up AI-native tools (Agentforce, Cursor, Claude Code, Slackbot) as part of daily work, and learn core product management fundamentals (product vision, product-market fit, total cost of ownership, press-release/FAQ docs, user stories).
You're Our Person If...
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Receptive listening skills, willing to ask questions to fully understand what end-users need and why.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Able to follow up diligently to get tasks completed.
- A self-starter, highly motivated, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change.
- Willing to receive direction and guidance within a team environment, adopt and develop best practices, and overcome obstacles with creative technical solutions.
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about AI/LLM fundamentals (RAG, prompt engineering) — no professional experience required.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
Even Better If...
- A solid understanding of the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC) covering business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and UAT execution.
- Exposure to Salesforce platform, Data Cloud, or CRM concepts.
- Any hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Certifications in Python, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI, or product ownership are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or finance preferred; computer science or other technical/related disciplines also welcome (recent or upcoming graduate).
