Amazon FBA Specialist / Consultant

Location: Remote (Pakistan-based). Occasional visits to our Lahore office are welcome.

About the role

Indigo Group is launching a new Amazon selling business in the US market. We are looking for an experienced Amazon professional to take this from zero to launch: first finalizing the right product, then setting up and running the seller account. You will work with our management team in Lahore and our partner in the USA.

What you will do

• Research and shortlist winning product opportunities, covering demand, competition, margins, seasonality and compliance risks
• Evaluate suppliers and estimate landed costs, including FBA fees
• Advise on business model (FBA, FBM, private label, wholesale) and recommend the best fit
• Set up the Amazon Seller Central account and guide the registration and verification process
• Create and optimise product listings
• Monitor account health, inventory, orders, reviews and reporting
• Build processes and, if needed, help us hire and train a small support team in Lahore

What we are looking for

• Proven hands-on experience selling on Amazon US (own store or client accounts)
• Strong product research skills with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar
• Knowledge of FBA logistics, pricing, fees and US compliance requirements
• Experience with Amazon PPC and listing optimisation
• Good English communication and comfort working US-time overlap hours
• Ability to share results, case studies or past product and account performance

Good to have

• Experience working with US-based partners or clients
• Experience sourcing from China, Pakistan or other markets
• Account recovery and suspension-appeal experience
