We are looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to support the development of our social media, content and wider brand presence.

We are looking for someone with good creative judgement, strong research ability and attention to detail. You should have a good eye for design and be comfortable creating and editing visual content across different formats.

The role offers flexibility in working hours and scope. The core focus will be on social media, content and branding, with the opportunity to take on wider content, communication, coordination and administrative responsibilities where additional hours are agreed.

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant junior-level experience are welcome to apply.

Social Media, Content, Branding & Wider Support

The role will focus on developing and maintaining a consistent and considered digital presence, with responsibilities and working hours agreed depending on the candidate's availability, skills and experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Creating and editing social media posts using Canva, Photoshop or similar software.
  • Editing reels, clips and short-form video content using CapCut, Filmora or similar editing software.
  • Selecting suitable music, visuals and editing styles for different types of content.
  • Researching industry leaders, relevant brands, competitors and current trends to inform the direction of our content and branding.
  • Helping develop and maintain a consistent visual and content style.
  • Planning and maintaining posting calendars.
  • Developing content narratives and themes rather than treating each post in isolation.
  • Organising photo, video and other content libraries.
  • Proactively researching and suggesting new content ideas and approaches.
  • Creating platform-specific templates for different types of social media content.
  • Creating and publishing content in appropriate formats for each platform, including networking updates, product posts, meeting updates, transition reels, articles, and magazine- or journal-style content.
  • Organising website updates and preparing or publishing website content.

Where wider working hours and responsibilities are agreed, the role may also include:

  • Developing consistent formats for articles, journals and other informative content.
  • Researching relevant topics within the interiors, design and construction industries.
  • Helping turn research into useful articles, journals, social content and other communications.
  • Identifying relevant industry professionals, organisations and businesses for networking and potential collaborations.
  • Conducting outreach for collaborative posts, articles, informative content and other opportunities.
  • Supporting digital networking and communication with industry contacts.
  • Designing and publishing updates relating to collaborations, networking and other company activity.
  • Supporting invitations and coordination for online workshops or other collaborative activities.
  • Using project-management, communication and other digital workflow systems as part of day-to-day work.
  • Supporting communication and coordination relating to projects, orders and deliveries where required.
  • Handling straightforward administrative communications and calls where appropriate.
  • Supporting general administrative and coordination requirements as part of the wider role.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who will have:

  • Good creative and visual judgement.
  • Good Canva, Photoshop, or similar design/editing skills.
  • Good short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Filmora or similar software.
  • A good sense of visual style, pacing and appropriate music for social content.
  • Strong research ability and an interest in understanding what leading companies and people within an industry are doing.
  • Confidence using different apps and digital tools.
  • The ability and willingness to learn new communication/project software and working systems.
  • The ability to work independently on straightforward tasks while asking for guidance where needed.
  • Initiative and a willingness to contribute ideas rather than only follow instructions.

Previous professional experience is not essential. Relevant university work, personal projects, freelance work, internships, unfinished work or independently created content can all be useful in demonstrating your skills.

For candidates interested in the full-time position, good spoken English and professional communication skills are important. Good spoken English would be an advantage for administrative calls, outreach and external communication, although this can be balanced by particular strengths and initiative across other areas of the role.

An interest in interiors, architecture, design or construction would be useful, but prior professional experience within these industries is not essential.

Employment Options & Salary

The working hours and scope of the role will be agreed with the selected candidate based on their availability, skills and the responsibilities they will be taking on.

Salary: PKR 60,000-105,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and the responsibilities agreed for the role.

For reduced working hours, compensation will be agreed based on the number of working hours/days and the scope of responsibilities.

Working Arrangement

This is a remote position.

The candidate must be available during mutually agreed working hours and should be able to communicate reliably, meet agreed deadlines and become comfortable working within the company’s digital communication and project-management systems.

The selected candidate will be employed or contracted directly by the company, depending on the agreed working arrangement.
