Architectural Design

Role Description This is a part-time remote role in Architectural Design at Saudi Construct. The architectural designer will develop concept designs, layouts, and visual representations that support articles, reports, and platform content related to ongoing and planned construction projects. Daily tasks include preparing schematic designs, refining architectural solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure designs align with project narratives and technical requirements. The role also involves reviewing design integration with broader infrastructure and urban plans, maintaining consistent design standards, and providing clear documentation that supports communication with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and basic technical drawing.
• Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration, with the ability to align designs with broader project frameworks and multidisciplinary requirements.
• Strong Communication skills to present design ideas clearly, collaborate with remote teams, and translate technical concepts into accessible visual content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with visualization software.
• Relevant academic background in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field; professional experience in construction or urban development is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time workload effectively, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
