Creative Event Designer

BARG Events is a Dubai-based luxury event management agency specializing in bespoke corporate events, brand experiences, exhibitions and creative event concepts. We bring imaginative ideas to life through thoughtful design, attention to detail and exceptional execution.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and versatile Event Designer to join our growing team remotely.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design capabilities with 3D visualization skills and has the ability to transform creative briefs into compelling event concepts, professional presentations and production-ready designs.

· Develop creative event concepts, mood boards and visual storytelling for client proposals.

· Design professional pitch decks, concept presentations and event layouts.

· Create 2D graphics, event branding, invitations, e-vites, save-the-dates, signage and other event collateral.

· Produce realistic 3D event visualizations, including stages, backdrops, exhibition stands, installations and venue setups.

· Prepare detailed design specifications, including dimensions, colour palettes, materials and branding placements.

· Adapt and refine designs based on client feedback and production requirements.

· Prepare print-ready artwork and organized design files for production suppliers.

· Work closely with the creative director and event management team to ensure consistency from concept development to final execution.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant graphic design, event design or 3D visualization experience.

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

· Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D.

· Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint, Canva or similar platforms.

· Experience in event design, exhibitions, experiential marketing or luxury branding is highly preferred.

· Excellent visual taste, creativity and attention to detail.

· Ability to interpret briefs, propose creative solutions and work independently.

· Comfortable using AI-powered design tools to enhance creative development and efficiency.

· Good English communication skills and availability for meetings during UAE working hours.
