Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant

US Healthcare Practice is looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Medical Assistant to join the Customer Service Department team remotely.

Location: Work from home

Schedule: Central Time (CT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and phone support

• Handle high-volume inbound calls

• Schedule patient appointments

• Manage eCW (eClinicalWorks) inbox and fax workflows

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Strong communication and phone etiquette

• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred

• Dedicated, quiet workspace

• Computer or laptop (with backup)

• Reliable internet connection (with backup)

• Backup plan for power outages
