About UsWe are a forward-thinking organization focused on delivering efficient, coordinated, and high-quality solutions across the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. By combining digital engineering, collaborative project workflows, and innovative technologies, we aim to improve design accuracy, construction coordination, and project performance. We value technical excellence, precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement, encouraging our professionals to embrace digital tools that support smarter project delivery.
The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Engineer to develop, coordinate, and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and digital project documentation. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP specialists, contractors, and project managers to improve model accuracy, identify design conflicts, and support coordinated project delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical modeling skills with an understanding of construction processes, digital coordination, and project documentation standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models based on architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design information.
- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to identify design inconsistencies, spatial conflicts, and potential construction issues.
- Perform clash detection and assist relevant teams in resolving coordination problems before construction or installation.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, model views, and technical documentation to support design reviews and project execution.
- Collaborate with design consultants, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to maintain model consistency and information accuracy.
- Support BIM execution plans, modeling standards, naming conventions, and project information management procedures.
- Review design revisions and incorporate approved changes into BIM models and associated documentation.
- Maintain model quality, data integrity, version control, and compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in virtual coordination meetings and communicate technical findings, outstanding issues, and proposed solutions.
- Assist with quantity extraction, model-based analysis, and construction planning activities where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows, digital collaboration, and modeling efficiency.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in BIM engineering, digital construction, building design, or multidisciplinary project coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems and their coordination requirements.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination practices, drawing production, and revision control.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve technical inconsistencies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and maintain accurate digital documentation.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certifications are not required.
- Flexible, part-time remote work supporting digital engineering and construction projects.
- Opportunities to contribute to multidisciplinary coordination and technology-driven project delivery.
- A collaborative environment that values precision, innovation, and professional development.
- Exposure to modern BIM workflows, digital modeling tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- The opportunity to help reduce design conflicts, improve project coordination, and support more efficient construction outcomes.
- If you are passionate about digital engineering, accurate modeling, and collaborative project delivery, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of BIM-enabled construction.
