Brand Lead | Customer Experience

We’re on the hunt for a Brand Lead | Customer Experience. Are you passionate about building brands that people don’t just see, but genuinely experience? We’re looking for someone who can ensure that what we promise as a Brand is reflected in the way our customers experience us at every important touchpoint.

As our Brand Lead | Customer Experience, you’ll work at the intersection of Brand and Customer Experience, using customer insight to shape stronger communications, journeys and experiences. You’ll partner across Customer Experience, Customer Care, Product, Digital, Operations and Creative to turn customer pain points and opportunities into Brand-led improvements.

If you have:

• 5+ years’ experience across Brand, customer marketing, customer engagement or customer experience

• Strong Brand judgement with a deep understanding of customer journeys and touchpoints

• Experience turning customer insight and feedback into meaningful Brand or communication improvements

• The ability to influence across teams and drive work from insight through to execution
