Business Unit Manager

Role Description The Business Unit Manager is a part-time role responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic direction of a designated business unit. This hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business plans, monitoring financial and operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The Business Unit Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, support talent development within the unit, and ensure alignment with overall business and HR strategies. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage priorities independently, and adapt to changing business needs.
