Workforce Planner

Role Description This part-time remote Workforce Planner role at RUN'IN CREDIT MUTUEL ET CIC focuses on forecasting staffing needs and aligning workforce capacity with operational requirements. The Workforce Planner analyzes call volumes, activity trends, and service levels to build accurate schedules and staffing plans for various teams. Daily activities include creating and adjusting rosters, monitoring real-time performance, and recommending changes to ensure coverage and service quality. The role collaborates with team leaders and operations managers to communicate staffing plans, address gaps, and support strategic workforce initiatives. The Workforce Planner also prepares reports, identifies efficiency opportunities, and contributes to continuous improvement of workforce management processes.
