Job Title: Candidate Outreach Agent
Monthly Pay: PKR 61,670 - 146,520 per month
Summary:
You speak with candidates by phone and send clear messages that explain their next step. Your contact lists come from the recruiting team and include applicants who need an update or follow-up. As a Candidate Outreach Agent, you check interest, ask basic questions, and arrange recruiter interviews. Your goal is to keep candidates informed and help them move through the interview process without confusion. A recruiting team lead sets your priorities and helps with questions beyond the approved call notes. The work is fully remote, and you work from home while staying connected with the recruiting team. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Workable. Plan calls and check earlier notes before making contact.
• Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Aircall. Introduce yourself and clearly explain your reason for calling.
• Share the role's main points using approved notes. Ask about interest and availability, then write clear answers for the recruiter.
• Keep regular contact with candidates at each stage. Return requested calls and follow up when someone has not completed their next step.
• Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar. Check that the selected time matches both calendars.
• Send short interview reminders and confirm booking details already listed. Explain what happens next so candidates know how to prepare.
• Answer simple questions using approved information. Send questions outside those notes to the recruiting team lead rather than guessing an answer.
• Update the applicant tracking system after every call. Record the result, candidate questions, agreed next steps, and any needed follow-up.
• Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals. Keep candidate details private and share useful call notes with recruiters before interviews.
• Share daily call counts and booked interviews with the team. Highlight missed interviews and arrange another call when a candidate needs help.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, quick follow-up, and steady daily call activity. Check bookings before sharing confirmations.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; phone support, customer service, or interview scheduling experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain next steps without rushing candidates.
• Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and scheduling tools through guided practice.
• Basic understanding of how candidate outreach connects applications, phone conversations, reminders, and recruiter interviews.
• Care with call notes, calendar dates, interview times, and changes to candidate interest.
• Respect for candidate privacy and comfort following approved instructions when sharing updates.
• Ability to listen closely, write short messages, and ask the team lead when information is unclear.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role where you work from home and support candidates by phone.
• Structured onboarding and training on Workable, Aircall, and Google Calendar, including practice with common candidate situations.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, call notes, and interview bookings.
• Access to growth opportunities within the team as you build your candidate outreach skills.
• Bonus opportunities.
