About Fanverse

Fanverse Sports is building a home for football fans to connect, discuss matches, make predictions and engage with fellow supporters through team communities and live match discussions.

Our goal is to make football more social by giving fans a place to share opinions, debate and experience the game together.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Growth & Community Marketer to help grow Fanverse's user base and build an active football community.

This is an equity-based opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to an early-stage sports tech startup and grow alongside the company.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to attract football fans to Fanverse.
• Build relationships with football creators, fan pages and online communities.
• Create engaging campaigns around major matches and football discussions.
• Develop strategies to improve user activation, engagement and retention.
• Experiment with organic social media, partnerships and other acquisition channels.
• Track results and identify ways to turn new users into active, returning community members.

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about football, sports communities and digital products.
• Experience in digital marketing, community growth, social media or user acquisition.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable experimenting with limited resources.
• Able to demonstrate previous work, campaigns or community-building results.
• Interested in contributing to an early-stage startup for equity rather than a guaranteed salary.

Compensation

This is an equity-based role, with the opportunity to discuss an appropriate equity arrangement based on experience, responsibilities and expected contribution. There is no guaranteed salary at this stage.
