Job Title: Candidate Relations Representative
Monthly Pay: PKR 60,920 - 142,830 per month
Summary:
You build clear, friendly conversations through candidate calls and short messages about interview plans. Your work comes from assigned candidate lists, recruiter requests, and people waiting for a return call. You explain role details, check interest, and keep regular contact at each stage of the interview process. The aim is to help candidates stay informed while recruiters receive useful notes and confirmed interview bookings. A recruiting team lead provides approved talking points and helps you handle questions that need more guidance. You handle these tasks in a fully remote setting and work from home. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Lever. Plan calls around pending replies and next steps.
• Call applicants through a business phone system or dialer such as JustCall. Introduce yourself and explain your reason for calling.
• Share the role's main points using approved recruiter notes. Check interest and invite questions without making assumptions about the candidate.
• Ask short questions about availability and basic fit. Listen carefully and write clear answers for the recruiter to review.
• Return requested calls and contact candidates who have not completed their next step. Keep them informed as interview plans progress.
• Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar. Match available times with the candidate's choice.
• Send short reminders and confirm interview details. Contact candidates after missed interviews and help arrange another time when needed.
• Answer simple questions from approved information. Send questions outside that guidance to the recruiting team lead and track the response.
• Record each conversation, result, and next step. Keep candidate information private, and mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals.
• Share daily call counts and booked interviews with recruiters. Provide useful notes before interviews so the next conversation stays clear.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, prompt follow-up, and steady daily call activity. Check booking details before confirming.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience is required. Phone support, customer service, interview scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain the same next step patiently when someone needs clarification.
• Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and calendar tools through guided practice and feedback.
• Care with candidate notes, interview dates, and times, including checking details before sending a reminder or updating a booking.
• Ability to follow approved role information and basic screening questions without adding details that the recruiter has not confirmed.
• Respect for candidate privacy when viewing lists, discussing applications, and sharing notes with the recruiting team.
• Clear written messages and careful listening, including the ability to summarize a candidate's answer without changing its meaning.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote role with work from home and a clear focus on candidate calls and updates.
• Structured onboarding and training on Lever, JustCall, and Google Calendar, with guided practice before handling tasks independently.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss call feedback, and clarify next steps.
• Growth opportunities within the team as you develop candidate support skills and learn more about interview coordination.
• Bonus opportunities.
