If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building successful products, this could be your next career move. 🔍 Responsibilities: Lead the successful launch and day-to-day management of the online casino product; Develop and execute the casino growth strategy aligned with business objectives; Manage the casino game portfolio, including game selection, launches, providers and content optimisation; Build and optimise the casino lobby to maximise player engagement, retention and revenue; Plan, execute and analyse casino promotions, tournaments, bonus campaigns and provider-led marketing activities; Monitor key commercial KPIs including GGR, NGR, player activity, retention, bonus performance and game profitability; Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Payments, BI, Compliance and Customer Support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience; Manage relationships with game providers and external partners, ensuring timely integrations and commercial success; Ensure all casino operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards; Identify market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to strengthen the casino offering across the Middle Eastern market. 🎓 Requirements: 5+ years of experience in online casino operations within the iGaming industry; Proven track record of successfully managing and growing an online casino product; Strong understanding of casino games, game providers, bonus mechanics and player lifecycle management; Experience working with casino back-office platforms, CMS tools and performance reporting; Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make commercial decisions based on data and KPIs; Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential; Experience working with Middle Eastern markets, would be a strong advantage; Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment. ✨ The Employer Offers: Opportunity to play a key role in launching a brand-new online casino and sportsbook; High level of ownership and influence over the commercial success of the casino business; Competitive salary package aligned with international iGaming market standards; Flexible working arrangements with Dubai as the preferred location; Collaborative international team with ambitious long-term growth plans; Opportunity to work with leading game providers and innovative technologies; Clear career progression as the business expands into new regulated markets.
