Marketplace Specialist

Role Description The Marketplace Specialist will manage and optimize All Coding Notes’ presence across digital marketplaces and learning platforms. This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and approved work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include listing and updating products, monitoring performance metrics, adjusting pricing and promotions, and ensuring consistent branding and descriptions across platforms. The role also involves coordinating with content creators, analyzing sales and traffic data, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving marketplace-related issues in a timely manner. The Marketplace Specialist will collaborate with the wider team to support campaigns, improve customer experience, and implement marketplace best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital marketplaces or online platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and systems such as spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, and content management interfaces.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide clear updates and reports.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with technology, coding education, or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or operations is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
