AddanEx JOB POSTING:

Title: Change Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Onsite / Remote: Onsite 2 to 3 days per week

Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months, with 12-month extension

Utilisation: Full time (40 hours per week)

Languages: Fluent French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other

Job Summary / Key Skills:

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on change management experience
• Proven experience on large transformation programmes
• A recognised change management certification, such as Prosci (ADKAR), APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent
• Experienced in stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
• Able to build a change narrative, key messages and leadership guidance
• Confident planning and running communication, engagement and adoption activities
• Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and the programme team
• Fluent French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other, spoken and written

Bonus:

• Fluent in both French and Dutch
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure or another regulated sector
• Experience building and running change networks or change champion programmes
• A background in transformation consulting or business analysis alongside change

The role includes:

• Translate a broad transformation programme into a clear, practical change approach for the business.
• Develop the change narrative and key messages, with guidance for leaders and impacted teams.
• Run stakeholder and impact analysis to identify affected groups and what the change means for them.
• Prepare and support communication, engagement and adoption activities.
• Build change plans and practical materials that help teams move through the transition.
• Assess change readiness and drive adoption and reinforcement after go-live.
