• Implement aggressive hunting sales tactics to identify and secure new business opportunities, specifically the industrial and commercial segment.
• Develop a high-performing book of business, advancing sales from initial capture to profitable partnerships.
• Strategic market expansion to discover untapped potential and drive product penetration.
• Foster long-term partnerships with a focus on maximizing revenue and retention.
• Sales leadership and team development, championing a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Your Skillset:

• Proven track record in strategically building business in renewable energy market, specifically the industrial and commercial segment.
• History in the industry and strong network and relationships within the B2B distribution channel.
• Ability to build, manage, and sustain a strong sales pipeline of opportunities (C&I)
• An extremely independent and entrepreneurial individual who can both build sales strategies and maintain contact with existing customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in sales hunting and portfolio growth.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy solutions, especially solar and energy storage systems.
• Robust professional network within the energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development or sales management.
• Minimum of 5 years in a target-driven sales environment, preferably in technology or renewable energy industries.
