Commission-Only Cold Caller — US Construction Estimating Leads (Remote, Pakistan)

We are a US-based construction estimating firm. We help General Contractors turn around material takeoffs and estimates in 3–5 days instead of 2 weeks. We need one experienced cold caller to book qualified appointments with US construction companies.

COMPENSATION

• 100% commission only: $50 per qualified appointment that shows up to a Zoom call.
• No fixed salary, no hourly pay.
• Strong callers earn $500–$800+ per week.
• Do not apply if you need guaranteed income.
• Growth path: This starts as a commission-only role. If you consistently secure clients and prove results, we can move you to a monthly salary + commission — if that is what you want.

BENEFITS

• Fully remote.
• We provide everything: the US VoIP phone number, calling platform, lead list, scripts, training, Calendly link, and call tracker.
• Work hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pakistan time (5 hours). This matches US evening business hours — you make calls while US contractors are still at their desks.
• Uncapped commission — your earnings depend on your results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Call 50–70 US General Contractors per day during your 5-hour shift.
• Deliver a 20-second opening pitch.
• Handle objections using provided bridge phrases.
• Text interested GCs a short video and calendar link while on the call.
• Log every call in the tracker.
• Book 15-minute Zoom calls for the founder — you do NOT close deals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior outbound cold calling experience to US businesses (construction, real estate, home services, or B2B preferred).
• Clear, confident spoken English — American accent is preferred but NOT required.
• Must not freeze or go silent when a prospect objects.
• Wired USB headset and stable internet.
• Available 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM Pakistan time.

HIRING PROCESS

1. Apply with your cold calling experience and a one-sentence answer to "What is a construction takeoff?"
2. Shortlisted candidates will be messaged on LinkedIn and asked to send a 60-second voice note roleplaying a call with a US GC.
3. Shortlisted candidates then do a live 5-minute WhatsApp roleplay.
4. One candidate is hired and starts within 3 days.

• Only candidates with prior US outbound cold calling experience will be considered.
