Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator

Role Description The Owner role at Revamp Tribe™ is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing the agency’s vision, operations, and client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include defining and refining the brand’s service offerings, guiding rebranding strategies for clients, and supervising the quality of deliverables across social media, websites, and pitch decks. The Owner will manage a small team or collaborators, coordinate workflows, and ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations. This role involves nurturing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client communication, and making data-informed decisions to improve services and processes. The Owner is also expected to represent Revamp Tribe™ in professional networks and online communities to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong background in branding, marketing, or creative direction, with experience managing rebranding projects for social media, websites, and pitch decks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams or freelancers, manage workflows, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid business management skills, including basic financial oversight, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborators.
• Proficiency with common digital tools used in branding and design (e.g., website builders, presentation software, design platforms) and comfort working in a remote, tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to make informed decisions with limited supervision.
• Prior experience in agency, consulting, or entrepreneurial settings is highly beneficial; relevant education or certifications in marketing, design, business, or communications are a plus.
