Your role

As a Compliance Manager, you will act as the local compliance officer for the relevant markets, ensuring effective implementation of LEO Pharma’s compliance programmes, global policies and compliance-related projects. You will take a risk-intelligent approach, continuously optimising processes and supporting the business with clear, practical guidance.

• Participate actively in the Affiliate Leadership Team, sharing knowledge, coordinating training and supporting best-practice alignment.
• Act as Compliance Assessor for key approval processes, including LMR, AAP and contracts.
• Lead the annual affiliate compliance risk assessment and monitoring plan, tracking remediation actions and reporting to local and regional stakeholders.
• Advise on anti-bribery, anti-corruption, HCP compliance, marketing compliance, GDPR and privacy topics.
• Organize and coordinate the LEO Hellas Compliance Committee, including agendas, materials, documentation, follow-up and escalation of significant risks.

You will also represent LEO Pharma in the SFEE Compliance Committee and act as an internal auditor for key processes such as expense reporting and HCP/HCO contract execution.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring strong compliance expertise, pharmaceutical industry insight and the ability to translate complex requirements into business-oriented solutions.

Must haves:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Legal or another relevant compliance field.
• Minimum five years of relevant compliance experience, including hands-on in-house compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry supporting a Greek affiliate.
• Strong knowledge of the Greek pharmaceutical regulatory and industry-code environment, including SFEE requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English, together with the relevant local market language.
• Certifications in Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit, or an MBA, would be considered an asset.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in any CEE country
• Good Czech language

Your new team

You will join LEO Greece in Athens, working closely with the General Manager of the Greek affiliate and with a dotted line to MSEM Legal & Compliance. Your key partners will include Global Legal, IPR & Compliance, the Greek affiliate leadership team, Local Finance and specialist functions such as Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Quality Assurance.

The annual gross base salary for new hires in this role ranges from EUR 60.000 to EUR 70.000. This range has been established by considering multiple factors such as the candidate’s experience, educational background, unique skill set, and the market value for the position. Additionally, this role may include a variable performance-based component, which varies depending on the responsibilities and organizational level. Compensation is offered within the established range and is determined by evaluating the candidate’s skills, professional background, and level of expertise, in alignment with Greek labor regulations and the company’s internal policy.

The higher end of the range is typically allocated to individuals with substantial experience or outstanding qualifications that meet the specific demands of the role.
