Role Description The Revenue Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for optimizing hotel revenue performance across a portfolio of properties. This role involves analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and booking data to set dynamic pricing strategies and manage inventory distribution. The Revenue Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with promotional activities and channel strategies. Daily tasks include preparing performance reports, monitoring OTA and direct booking channels, adjusting rates and restrictions, and recommending tactics to improve RevPAR and overall profitability. The role also includes forecasting, budgeting support, and successfully applying best practices in revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills to optimize pricing, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills to support forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis.
• Proficiency with OTAs Extranets as well as Webhotelier-PrimalRES suite of products is a must.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management, distribution, or pricing is highly beneficial.
• Competence with revenue management systems, and Excel or similar analytical tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Greek language and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable.
• The ability to travel is also a necessary requirement.
