About the project

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAI360 Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions for a large Greek enterprise client based in Athens.

The client does not yet use SAI360. The project will cover the full journey: clarifying business requirements, defining the scope and modules to be rolled out, configuring and integrating the platform with the client's existing processes and IT environment, and taking it live.

You will work alongside an international delivery team, including an experienced GRC specialist and technical colleagues based in the US, as well as a Greek-speaking IT consultant. Your role is to make sure the Greek client side and the English-speaking delivery team move in the same direction – on scope, timeline and quality.

Your responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the SAI360 implementation: planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, running meetings, workshops and steering committees in Greek.
• Translate client expectations into a clear project scope, plan and backlog for the international (English-speaking) team.
• Define and manage scope, timeline, budget and resources; handle change requests in a structured way.
• Coordinate a distributed team across Europe and the US, including time-zone and communication planning.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions (RAID).
• Prepare and present status reports, progress updates and demos to the client and internal management.
• Oversee project documentation: requirements, functional specifications, test plans, acceptance and handover materials.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training and go-live activities.
• Travel to the client's site in Athens when needed for workshops, key milestones and stakeholder meetings

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / software implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Fluent Greek and English (spoken and written) - you will lead client meetings in Greek and report to the team in English.
• Proven track record of delivering platform implementations (e.g. GRC, ERP, CRM, ITSM / ServiceNow or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, including with senior management.
• Experience working with distributed, international teams.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
• Enough technical understanding to discuss configuration, integrations and data with developers.
• Structured, proactive and comfortable working where scope still needs to be shaped.
• Willingness to travel to Athens as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) - risk management, internal control, compliance or audit processes.
• Knowledge of the SAI360 platform or other GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream, etc.).
• Experience with Greek public-sector or regulated-industry clients (utilities, energy, financial services).
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM or equivalent).
• Familiarity with tender / RFP processes.
