The Challenge

Project teams need reliable information early enough to plan resources, manage timelines, and keep required submissions moving.

How You’ll Contribute

For estimating, prepare or review quantities, cost inputs, and supplier quotations.

For scheduling, maintain project programmes, track progress, and highlight delays or dependencies.

For permit coordination, organise submission documents, monitor application status, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

Across your chosen area, maintain accurate records and communicate risks or missing information clearly.

What You’ll Bring

Relevant experience in construction estimating, project scheduling, permit coordination, or project administration is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with project documentation are valuable.
