About the Role

We’re looking for an in-house Content Strategist with strong short-form video instincts and hands-on UGC campaign experience. You’ll develop concepts, scripts, hooks, and creative briefs for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.

You’ll bring the strategic thinking behind successful UGC and short-form campaigns in-house, turning brand and performance goals into a repeatable content system. You’ll also build a cost-effective global creator network and give talent clear direction to execute strong ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch original short-form video ideas aligned with our brand, audience, and performance goals.
• Build and manage our in-house short-form and UGC content strategy and production workflow.
• Write detailed creative briefs, scripts, hooks, talking points, and shot lists.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, recruit, and onboard global creators cost-effectively.
• Build a reliable, budget-conscious pipeline of creators for ongoing campaigns.
• Match creators with concepts based on their style, audience, strengths, and performance potential.
• Give creators clear direction and coordinate communication, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
• Review submissions for content quality, brand fit, messaging, platform suitability, and direct-response effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback and guide creators through efficient revisions.
• Track creative and creator performance, response rates, costs, submissions, and campaign outcomes.
• Use performance insights to improve concepts, briefs, creator selection, and the production process.
• Stay current on short-form formats, UGC trends, creative best practices, and emerging creator platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to pitch, develop, and test new short-form creative angles.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in short-form content strategy, social media content production, or creative strategy.
• A portfolio showing short-form concepts, scripts, briefs, or campaigns you have developed.
• Hands-on experience with UGC campaigns and the ability to bring that capability in-house.
• Strong creative-writing and idea-pitching skills, particularly for video scripts, hooks, briefs, and short-form content.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first storytelling.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate with, and manage global creators cost-effectively.
• Ability to evaluate creators and content based on quality, authenticity, brand fit, and performance potential.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple creators, projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house or agency experience as a creative strategist for a consumer, lifestyle, e-commerce, or performance-marketing brand.
• Strong familiarity with paid social advertising and direct-response creative.
• Experience analyzing creative performance and using results to improve future ideas and briefs.
• Existing relationships with creators, access to creator communities, or experience sourcing talent internationally.
• Experience building scalable, budget-conscious creator programs.
