IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for coordinating and supporting North Zone operations within the Services Department, serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional activities, including security patrolling, bill delivery logistics, and non-telco service projects. The role also ensures effective coordination between internal stakeholders and external authorities to facilitate seamless service operations and timely resolution of operational matters.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Coordinate day-to-day North Zone services operations, including security patrolling route tracking, fuel card distribution, and execution of non-telco projects.
• Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), civic bodies, and government authorities, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of security threats and alerts.
• Maintain accurate and updated operational records, including personnel databases and SIM issuance registers, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, P&O, and Finance teams to address field requirements and resolve operational and logistical challenges.
• Monitor field services personnel performance and maintain relevant performance records and documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Project Management or related discipline from s recognized institution.

• Telecom Network Infrastructure Knowledge

• Reporting & Data Management
