Role Overview Support customers via phone, email & chat Handle inquiries and provide effective solutions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Work in a friendly and international environment Working Schedule Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Weekends off Requirements Native/Fluent Danish + English B2 Strong communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Comfortable working remotely Important to Know You must already be based in Portugal No relocation support provided Initial contract: 6 months Salary & Benefits €1500 gross x14 months €80 bonus x11 months Fully remote setup International work environment Why This Role?
