Digital Architect

Job Title: Digital Architect Job Purpose: The Digital Architect role involves conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of digital solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for shaping and guiding the implementation of digital landscape, ensuring that digital initiatives are strategically aligned, technologically robust, and contribute to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities: The key accountabilities of the Digital Architect include: Digital Strategy Development : Align with Business Goals and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and develop a digital strategy that supports and enhances those goals. Architecture Design : Collaborate with architects, developers and business partners to design enterprise applications, including design of User Interface (UI) components, internal/external web services, content management (CMS), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Chatbots, and database interactions, and 3rd party cloud solutions. Web & Mobile Design: Define Mobile and Web application architecture within the Web & Mobile domain. Define design guidelines and best practices for Web & Mobile Systems of Engagement, with particular focus on the advisor and client personas and experience across different devices Architecture Artifacts: Produce architecture artefacts including diagrams and blueprints and reviews with Lead Architects and the key digital program stakeholders using appropriate tools and technologies. UI Experience: Ensure that the digital architecture prioritizes a positive user experience and aligns with user interface (UI) design principles. Technology Selection : Evaluate and recommend Technologies, stay updated on emerging technologies, assess their relevance to the organization, and recommend the adoption of suitable technologies. Integration and Interoperability : Develop strategies for integrating digital solutions with existing systems and technologies to ensure a seamless and interoperable digital ecosystem. Innovation : Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Secure by Design : Implement robust security measures to protect digital assets, data, and user privacy. Data Architecture : Design effective data architecture to manage and leverage data for analytics, reporting, and decision-making. Compliance Standards : Ensure that digital solutions adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards. Lead Digital Initiatives : Provide leadership for digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development teams, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with digital architecture. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Experience designing/developing mobile web sites & mobile applications (Android, iOS), experience with React Native, HTML5, .NET programming is a plus Experience with high traffic self-service Mobile Apps and Websites Experience with architecting and designing CIAM platforms & processes Define the technology vision and Architecture roadmap for digital marketing capabilities, experience with Sprinklr is a plus Experience in the creation of solutions for targeted marketing to consumers via 3rd-party channels including social media Strong Solution Architecture experience including development of technical architecture documents Deliver roadmap/project reports and routine status updates to management and stakeholders Monitor current and future trends in the e-commerce, web, mobile, and digital marketing space that will influence internal software direction in the future Benefits and Perks: Competitive salary and bonus structure.
