Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 monthly

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that improve brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and prepare reports.
• Generate leads and support the sales team in converting prospects.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital platforms.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva is an advantage.
