Director of Revenue Operations

Role Description The Director of Revenue Operations will oversee and optimize financial and revenue-related processes for the PG Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. This part-time, remote role involves designing and monitoring revenue strategies for academic programs, research projects, and industry collaborations, while ensuring alignment with institutional policies and long-term goals. The individual will analyze financial performance data, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for department leadership. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with academic and administrative teams on budgeting, fee structures, grants, and sponsored projects, as well as implementing best practices in revenue management and compliance. The Director will also recommend process improvements, tools, and frameworks to support sustainable financial health and transparent operations.

• Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, collaboration with academic and administrative teams, and relationship management with external partners.
• Candidates should possess skills or experience in educational or research institution finance, grant management, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Relevant qualifications such as a master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are preferred; experience in revenue operations or strategic finance in higher education or technology-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is essential.
