E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist

HIRING: E-COMMERCE PRODUCT LISTING SPECIALIST | WORK FROM HOME – SOUTH AFRICA

TalentPop App is looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to help manage online store catalogs, optimize product listings, and ensure accurate, engaging, and search-friendly product information.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, and attributes for accuracy and visibility.
• Upload product images and ensure consistent, high-quality product presentation.
• Manage product categories, collections, tags, pricing, and inventory details.
• Apply basic SEO practices and keyword research to improve product discoverability.
• Maintain accurate product data and ensure consistency across online stores.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and updates to online catalogs.
• Monitor product listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct competitor research and help maintain organized product records.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to support online store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, product listing management, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience managing product titles, descriptions, images, categories, and attributes.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product information.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.
• Good written English and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Work From Home Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent processor.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
