• Class Duration: 15–20 minutes per session (High-energy, play-based)

About the Role & Success Metrics

We are seeking a high-energy, native Arabic educator to deliver playful, live, 1-on-1 conversational Arabic sessions for 3-to-5-year-old absolute beginners. Because we honor toddler attention spans, our specialized classes focus entirely on immersion, visual games, and fun rhymes.

Success in this role means keeping a 3-year-old child smiling, engaged, and responding to basic Arabic vocabulary throughout a 15-minute lesson, while leaving parents feeling confident and excited to continue with our academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic, 15-minute play-based lessons using puppets, physical props, and digital interactive games (such as Wordwall and Canva templates).
• Focus entirely on spoken, conversational Arabic, vocabulary building, and basic audio-recognition using natural immersion techniques.
• Maintain a joyful, patient, and warm classroom presence tailored to early childhood learners.
• Provide a brief, friendly 30-second English update to international parents at the conclusion of each session to review student progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native Arabic fluency (Levantine or Egyptian dialects highly preferred).
• Fluent English skills for professional, clear communication with international parents and administration.
• Proven experience working with early-years learners (ages 3–5) online or offline.
• Must have a warm, extremely high-pitched, child-friendly voice.
• Laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, clear webcam, and a quiet background workspace.
• A natural ability to use Total Physical Response (TPR), varied vocal inflection, and high-energy expressions to engage young children through a screen.
