Opportunity Overview

Our client is scaling a multi-store e-commerce operation across several markets, with a growing need for consistent storefront content and merchandising ownership. This role will take day-to-day responsibility for Shopify updates, product content, reviews, and quality checks before changes go live.

Role Description

The E-commerce Coordinator will manage operational updates across multiple Shopify storefronts, ensuring product pages, blogs, collections, and promotional content are accurate and well maintained. This person will support the growth team by coordinating storefront changes, email campaigns, reporting tasks, and pre-live QA. The role suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning repeatable processes in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Management - Update products, pricing, SKUs, collections, shipping groups, and metafields accurately.
• Storefront Merchandising - Maintain product pages, blogs, reviews, discounts, promotions, and collection pages.
• Quality Assurance - Check preview links, mobile layouts, broken states, and live customer-facing changes.
• Email Campaigns - Build, schedule, and QA Klaviyo campaigns from briefs and copy documents.
• Reporting Support - Pull, clean, and organise data for recurring reports and dashboards.
• Paid Media Coordination - Support UTM tagging, audience uploads, naming conventions, and account housekeeping.

Minimum Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
• Shopify Admin - 3+ years of hands-on Shopify Admin and merchandising experience.
• Multi-Store Operations - Experience managing content across several Shopify storefronts or markets.
• Detail Orientation - Strong QA discipline before customer-facing website or campaign changes go live.
• Data Handling - Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data tasks.
• Process Ownership - Able to build repeatable systems for storefront and content management.
• Klaviyo Experience - Experience building or maintaining campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Flow Maintenance - Familiarity with Klaviyo triggers, timing, segments, deliverability, and list hygiene.
• Technical E-commerce - Exposure to metafields, hreflang, Loox, Intelligems, or cross-regional setups.
• Growth Support - Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SQL, or Amazon.
