Barcelona, Spain | Hybrid (2 days remote/week) | Permanent Contract
Join a growing international eCommerce business within Roca Group
Are you looking to build your career in eCommerce within a global company? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our Roca Spare Parts team.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer experience, online operations, product content management, logistics, and digital commerce. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless experience from purchase to after-sales service while contributing to the growth of our eCommerce business across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day order operations, including shipment tracking, carrier coordination, issue resolution, and replacements.
Handle customer service inquiries related to technical questions, sales requests, logistics, returns, and warranties.
Create and maintain product information within our PIM system, ensuring accurate content, attributes, compatibility data, and images across multiple markets.
Coordinate product content translations with international teams.
Manage returns and refunds from start to finish, collaborating with customers, warehouse teams, and Quality departments.
Support eCommerce projects, including product photography sessions, visual content creation, and digital merchandising initiatives.
Internal & External Relationships
You will work closely with the eCommerce team, Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and international stakeholders, as well as external logistics providers and customers across Europe.
Profile description:
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in eCommerce operations, customer service, sales support, or similar administrative roles.
Advanced Excel skills.
High level of English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Nice to Have
Experience with Magento, SAP, C4C, Akeneo, or other PIM platforms.
Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Additional European languages such as French, Portuguese, or Polish.
Knowledge of technical products, spare parts, construction, bathroom, or plumbing sectors.
