Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist at Leo el Rey de Amazon will support the design, configuration, and optimization of ERP processes across core business functions. In this part-time remote role, the Specialist will review existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement improvements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Daily tasks include monitoring ERP performance, troubleshooting system issues, updating configurations, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves analyzing operational data, preparing reports and dashboards, and training team members on ERP best practices and new features. The Specialist will help ensure that ERP usage aligns with business goals, compliance requirements, and efficiency targets.
Qualifications

• Ability to improve and streamline Business Process workflows, with experience in Business Process Improvement methodologies.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose system issues, and recommend practical ERP-related solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and implementing or maintaining ERP Software solutions.
• Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment with reliable time management and self-organization skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain environments is beneficial.
• Relevant education or certifications in information systems, business, or a related field are an advantage.
