Experienced HR Professional

RHesources is currently looking for an experienced HR Professional on behalf of a client operating in an international and multicultural environment.

We are looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a genuine service mindset, enjoys working closely with people and takes pride in delivering practical, high-quality HR support.

Your role

You will be joining an international HR environment where no two days are quite the same. Combining employee support, operational HR expertise and international coordination, you will play an important role in ensuring that people-related matters are handled effectively and professionally.

You will be a go-to person for employees and managers, helping them navigate a wide range of HR topics, from individual employment situations to more complex matters requiring sound judgement and practical solutions.

Your scope will also involve navigating employment regulations, advising on HR practices and ensuring that day-to-day processes are handled in line with applicable legal and internal requirements.

With an international dimension to the role, you will also contribute to the coordination of employee mobility and career transitions across borders. This includes supporting international assignments and expatriation arrangements, liaising with external specialists and ensuring appropriate follow-up of related administrative and payroll matters.

Beyond the operational aspects, you will contribute to the broader development of HR practices, supporting recruitment and talent initiatives, compensation-related processes and organizational projects.

You will also have the opportunity to share your expertise with colleagues, and actively contribute to a collaborative, responsive and service-oriented HR environment.

Languages are essential: you are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
