Finance & Accounting Executive

Role Description The Owner role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the overall vision, strategy, and operations of JOB VACANCIES / WORK WITH VISA. Day-to-day tasks include defining business objectives, setting priorities, and guiding the development of services that support job seekers and partner organizations. The Owner will manage key partnerships, supervise marketing and outreach activities, and ensure that platform content and processes align with legal and ethical standards. Responsibilities also include budgeting, basic financial oversight, and making decisions about technology tools and workflows. The role involves regular online communication with contractors, partners, and users to maintain smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills to guide a growing remote platform.
• Business management and basic financial literacy skills, including budgeting, goal setting, and performance tracking.
• Experience with online platforms or digital products, including comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic technology oversight.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with partners, contractors, and users across cultures.
• Understanding of or interest in global employment markets, visa processes, and compliance with relevant regulations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, recruitment, HR, or operations management is an advantage.
