Finance & Accounting Executive

Role Description In this part-time remote Owner role, the individual will oversee the strategic direction and overall operations of Project Human Resource. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business goals, managing key partnerships, and guiding platform development to support dignified hiring practices. The Owner will monitor financial performance, allocate resources, and ensure that services align with the mission of placing future leaders in fulfilling roles. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with a distributed team, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, and continuously improving the user experience for job seekers and employers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leadership, business ownership, or executive-level management.
• Background in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment, with a focus on ethical and inclusive hiring practices.
• Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills in a remote environment.
• Comfort with digital platforms, remote collaboration tools, and basic data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
