Finance & Accounting Executive

Role Description The Senior Construction Planner role is a part-time, remote position responsible for planning and coordinating construction activities across multiple projects. This role includes developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, aligning construction planning with project milestones, and supporting project teams with accurate forecasting and resource allocation. The Senior Construction Planner will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site management teams to ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily activities involve analyzing project data, updating progress reports, monitoring risks, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track. The role also requires clear communication of plans and status updates to internal stakeholders and, when needed, to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Construction Planning and Construction experience, including coordination of field activities and sequencing of works.
• Candidates should possess Project Planning and Project Control skills to develop schedules, track progress, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills to understand material, equipment, and service requirements and their impact on project timelines.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project planning software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Relevant experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects and prior work with equipment rental or energy generation services are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
