Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess strong proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is a plus.
• Experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Working knowledge of GAAP or relevant accounting standards and internal control best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.
