Financial Planning Manager Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Berkshire) Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Manager to guide a group of skilled planners, enhance collaboration across departments, and help shape the next phase of growth for an ambitious, client-focused business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining leadership with hands-on financial planning, mentoring others, and playing a pivotal role in driving both performance and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities In this leadership role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial planners to achieve excellence in client delivery. Oversee paraplanning activities (via the Head of Paraplanning) and coordinate effectively with support teams. Support planners in growing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of advice and service. Represent the planning teams perspective at senior level, helping influence business direction. Contribute to business growth through your own planning expertise and client engagement. About you Were looking for someone who brings both technical ability and strong people leadership. Youll have: Demonstrable experience managing or leading financial planners. Chartered Financial Planner status (or working towards it), with a strong background in holistic financial advice. Confidence in using cash flow modelling tools and working alongside technical specialists. A solid foundation as a Financial Planner; an existing client portfolio would be a bonus. A proactive, hands-on mindset, with a genuine passion for helping people succeed both clients and colleagues.
